|Recommended: YesReview — Living here is decent, but the elevator needs upkeep because it malfunctions a lot, the parking is sometimes hard because people from other businesses park in our spots. Also their are no carts or other ways to get your belongings upstairs.
Thank you for your review. We are scheduling the elevator work within the next 3 weeks which will be an overhaul that will resolve the issues you have encountered in the past. If you are concerned about parking, we have plenty of spots in the garage at a low rate per month. We purchased two carts that you can use to take items up stairs. Stop by the office to borrow these carts.

|Recommended: YesImproved, Concern, Outside Friendly — New Owners have really been taking care of the outside with weeds, parking garage and Residents concerns. The previous Owners did not care about any of the above problems. Shawna is very helpful and is very concerned about the Residents. I hope the New Owners continue to upgrade the property and the concerns of the Residents.
